What is the One Card?
The One Card is a multi-functional ID card that combines access, identification and payment functions conveniently into one card.

How do I get the One Card?
If you are an incoming student, faculty or staff member, you will receive your card during orientation. At any other time of the year, you may stop by the Campus Card Office, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What do I do after I’ve received my One Card?
Complete your card registration online and call 1-866-952-1998 to activate your Prepaid MasterCard Account. You will also be prompted to set up your 4-digit PIN for ATM access. Meal plan and other campus card related functions will work without registering the Prepaid Debit MasterCard.

What should I do if my One Card is lost or stolen?
To report a lost or stolen One Card, call 1-866-952-1998 immediately to freeze your Prepaid MasterCard Account, then bring a picture ID to the Campus Card Office to get a replacement card.

Where can I use my One Card?
You can use your One Card for identification, library utilizing barcode, printing services, meal plans and building access.
The Prepaid Debit MasterCard feature, however, is designed to be used everywhere MasterCard is accepted. It’s a great way to manage your ancillary college expenses, such as making online purchases or paying for gas, groceries and school supplies. -
What are the student discounts?
Once you register your card online, students will enjoy access to manufacturing coupons from more than 2,000 brands and many of the leading grocery, drug and mass merchandise retailers.

If I have money on my old card, will it be transferred?
Yes, Any funds will be automatically transferred to your new One Card.

When making Debit MasterCard purchases, should I choose debit or credit?
When making purchases with your Debit MasterCard, be sure to select "CREDIT” and sign for every purchase in order to receive the benefits of the MasterCard Zero Liability Policy. If you need help, just ask the cashier "How can I sign for this?" — It's worth it!

Can I get cash out of an ATM?
Yes. When you activate your card through the IVR, you will set up your 4-digit PIN to access cash from ATMs. Also, you’ll have access to over 55,000 surcharge free ATMs within Allpoint network.

Which university disbursement can go on my One Card?
Now you can receive tuition refund, work-study, or student payroll directly onto your campus card.

When do I get my refund?
Your money is not deposited to your Prepaid MasterCard upon activation. You may be notified when your refund has been deposited to your Prepaid MasterCard Account by setting up to receive email and text messaging alerts online.
Note: Normal financial aid disbursement processes apply. -
How can I load my Prepaid MasterCard Account?
Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit is free, safe and easy. Get your paycheck directly deposited to your prepaid card by accessing your routing and account numbers online.
Parent Load:
Parents can transfers money directly from their checking or savings account by setting up an external transfers from their bank. Note: Transfers from banks are generally available within 3 business days depending on your bank.
Cash:

Can I load cash to my Prepaid MasterCard Account?

What happens if I don’t expect a refund?
No problem. Keep and activate your card ,so you can add direct payroll onto your card. Although you might not currently expect a refund, we may have a refund for you in the future.
